Brian C. Corcoran has devoted his career to representing victims of serious personal injury as a result of an accident or a defective product. He represents clients in all facets of personal injury litigation, including auto and truck accidents, premises liability cases, nursing home abuse, and workers compensation. He also represents clients in Social Security Disability claims and bad faith insurance claims. Mr. Corcoran graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1983, after completing his undergraduate degree from King’s College in Wilkes-Barr in 1980. He was admitted to practice by the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 1983 and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit and the Pennsylvania Middle District Court. Mr. Corcoran has spoken at numerous seminars on issues related to workers compensation law for various bar associations. Certifications and Distinctions In 2007, Mr. Corcoran was recognized in Philadelphia magazine for being a “Super Lawyer”; a distinction given to the top five percent of lawyers in the state, as selected by fellow attorneys and judges and through independent research by Law and Politics magazine. He is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
